The Ayurveda Lifestyle Consultant program is a 100-hour study designed for those who want to understand how Ayurvedic wisdom translates into daily life. Rather than treating Ayurveda as a fixed system, this program explores it as a living practice that responds to individual constitution, season, and stage of life.
Students are introduced to the foundational principles of Ayurveda alongside practical tools for supporting balance through routine, food, movement, breath, and rest. The emphasis is on discernment, adaptability, and sustainable application rather than rigid protocol.
This program may be completed as a full certification pathway or approached modularly through individual areas of study.
Through guided study and experiential learning, students develop the ability to:
Understand constitutional patterns and imbalances through doshas, gunas, vayus, and koshas
Apply Ayurvedic lifestyle principles to daily routine, seasonal transitions, and long-term wellbeing
Support digestion, energy, and nervous system health through food, breath, and movement
Integrate Ayurveda and yoga as complementary systems rather than separate disciplines
Work with clients or personal practice in a grounded, ethical, and sustainable way
The curriculum unfolds through four interconnected modules:
Foundations of Ayurveda and constitutional understanding
Energetics of consciousness and subtle physiology
Digestive intelligence and food as medicine
Practical application, consultation skills, and personal sadhana
Students who complete all four modules fulfill the requirements for certification as an Ayurveda Lifestyle Consultant. Program hours may also be applied toward advanced yoga or related educational pathways.
