Winter asks us to hold and conserve.
Spring invites us to lighten, release, and renew.

This guided Ayurvedic cleanse supports the body's natural transition from the heaviness of winter into the lighter, more energized rhythms of spring. It is a practice of alignment with seasonal wisdom and a flexible framework that honors where you are and what you're ready to shift.

What This Is

A month-long container held across four live sessions, with self-paced daily practices between. This journey offers clear guidance from beginning to end, easing the decision fatigue and overwhelm that often accompany cleansing.

You'll be supported with a steady path forward, with weekly guidance around nourishment, daily rhythm, seasonal preparation, and integration that continues beyond the cleanse. This creates space to listen to your body as the process unfolds.

Through food, daily self-care, and mindful rhythm-building, you'll learn to work with Ayurvedic principles of cleansing and renewal in a way that is responsive to your unique constitution (Prakriti) and current imbalances (Vikriti).

This is gentle work.

You choose your depth: a light reset, a medium cleanse, or deeper renewal.

There is space here for those new to Ayurveda seeking subtle change, and for those ready to go deeper. Each path is held with care, and the program supports you exactly where you are.

How the Journey Unfolds

This cleanse unfolds across four distinct phases, each aligned with classical Ayurvedic understanding of seasonal transition, digestion, and renewal. Between sessions, you'll work with self-paced daily practices drawn directly from the teachings.

Session One: Easing In

Seasonal Context, Constitution, and Preparation

  • Understanding spring as the season of Kapha release and renewal

  • Why seasonal cleansing is traditionally done at this time of year

  • Introduction to Sankhya, the doshas, and seasonal qualities

  • Exploring your constitution (Prakriti) and current state (Vikriti)

  • Identifying signs of imbalance related to winter accumulation

  • Choosing your approach: light, medium, or deep

  • Preparing the kitchen, pantry, and daily rhythm for the cleanse

This session establishes clarity, orientation, and steadiness before any dietary changes begin.

Session Two: Pre-Cleanse

Daily Rhythm and Digestive Preparation

  • Working with the Ayurvedic clock and daily cycles

  • Establishing dinacharya (daily routine) as a foundation for cleansing and nervous system regulation

  • Morning practices such as tongue scraping, warm drinks, oil massage, and gentle movement

  • Seasonal food guidance to prepare digestion without depletion

  • Understanding agni (digestive fire) and how to strengthen it before cleansing

  • Gradually reducing foods and habits that burden digestion

This phase prepares the body to cleanse with less effort and greater intelligence.

Session Three: Active Cleanse

Digestive Rest, Simplicity, and Clearing Ama

  • Understanding agni and ama (undigested matter) and their role in cleansing

  • Working with kitchari, churnas (spice blends), teas, and herbs appropriate to your constitution

  • Applying the six tastes to support balanced digestion

  • Gentle yoga, pranayama, and meditation aligned with your dosha

  • Observing physical, emotional, and mental responses as the body clears

  • Adjusting depth and practices as needed with care

This phase supports the natural release of accumulated heaviness while maintaining nourishment and stability.

Session Four: Rejuvenation and Integration

Rebuilding, Strengthening, and Carrying the Practice Forward

  • Gradual reintroduction of foods and spices

  • Strengthening agni after cleansing

  • Understanding rasayana (rejuvenation) practices

  • Applying principles of mindful eating and seasonal nutrition

  • Integrating daily rhythm and dietary awareness beyond the cleanse

  • Reflecting on shifts in digestion, energy, and clarity

This session anchors the cleanse as a foundation for long-term balance rather than a temporary reset.

Who This Is For

  • Those new to Ayurvedic cleansing who want thoughtful, supportive guidance

  • Experienced practitioners seeking seasonal recalibration

  • Anyone feeling the heaviness of winter and ready to invite in spring's clarity

  • Students who value depth, discernment, and land-based wisdom

You do not need to participate "perfectly." Some students engage with all four weeks fully. Others choose one cleansing day, or focus mainly on the self-care practices, or simply shift a few dietary habits. All of these approaches are valuable and welcomed.

A Note from Christy

I've guided this cleanse for years, and I return to it myself each spring. It's not about perfection or deprivation, it's about listening. Listening to the season, to your body, to the wisdom that knows when it's time to lighten the load.

Some of my most dedicated students found their way to deeper Ayurvedic study through this program. Others simply return each year for the reset and the reminder that renewal doesn't have to be complicated.

Wherever you are, you're welcome here.

Space is extremely limited. I keep this program small (typically 4-6 people maximum) so I can offer personalized guidance, answer your specific questions, and tailor recommendations to your constitution and current needs. This isn't a large group program. It's intimate, attentive work.

Registration closes April 2.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to give up coffee?
Not necessarily. We'll explore what serves you during this season. Some students choose to reduce caffeine, others shift the timing, others keep their morning ritual as-is. This is about sustainable shifts, not rigid rules.

What if I can't attend a live session?
All sessions are recorded. Live attendance is encouraged for the community experience, but the recordings ensure you don't miss the teachings.

I have dietary restrictions, can I still participate?
Absolutely. Ayurvedic principles are adaptable. We'll work with your needs.

What if I've never done an Ayurvedic cleanse before?
This program is designed to support beginners and experienced practitioners alike. You'll receive personalized guidance based on your constitution and can choose the light reset option for your first time.

What is kitchari?
Kitchari is a traditional Ayurvedic dish made from rice, mung dal, and spices. It's easy to digest, deeply nourishing, and serves as the primary food during the active cleanse phase. You'll receive recipes tailored to your constitution.
